Natarajan Karri
Managing Director and CEO
Natarajan Karri is the Founder and Managing Director of Andromeda Risk Consulting Pvt. Ltd. – an IT security and data defense firm based in Bengaluru. Natarajan’s career in the IT security space prior to his joining Andromeda has been long and distinguished. He was most recently the Head of Information Security for Sify Technologies (with revenues worth $350 million) where he analyzed network vulnerabilities and transitioned security technologies into production, and before that he held digital security leadership roles with a number of large government organizations and private corporations. In 2022, he was awarded as the Most Outstanding Cybersecurity Professional in India by the Brianalytics Inc.
Prior to his stint with Sify Technologies, Mr. Natarajan has led the Information Systems Security division for Syndicate Bank (fifth largest public sector bank in India with assets over $200 billion and 10,000 branches).
He is an expert in the fields of Cybersecurity Technologies, Governance, Compliance, and Internet Safety for Children. He specializes in the anticipation, recognition, and prevention of security breaches. He consults with several of the largest security agencies in India and South East Asia on how to reduce risk. During his Information Security and Assurance training sessions that he has conducted, Mr. Natarajan has got the distinct privilege to train with the Criminal Investigation Department (C.I.D), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Bengaluru Police (Cyber Crime Division), and other security establishments.
He is the past President of ISACA Bengaluru Chapter (Information Security Audit and Control Association).
Manjunath Babu
Director of Operations
Manjunath Babu is the Director of Operations for Andromeda Risk Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. He specialises in project execution and the areas of his expertise include – Application Control Reviews, SAP Security Audits, ITGC Reviews, Compliance audits to ISO27001:2005; RBI guidelines for various institutions like Small Finance Banks and Fintech companies; IRDAI guidelines for Insurance companies, Insurance Intermediaries, etc; and SEBI guidelines for financial institutions.
Prior to his stint with Andromeda Risk Consulting, Mr. Babu was the Assistant General Manager for State Bank of Mysore; and he has been the past President of ISACA Bengaluru Chapter. He has been a speaker at national and international forums and has been a recognized trainer for on key topics of IT Governance, COBIT Framework, IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, he is also CISA, CGEIT, ISO27001-LA certified.
Tejas Kashyap
Strategic Advisor – Energy, Mines and Critical Infrastructure
Tejas has been active in the in the international business, and focuses on scaling Andromeda’s cybersecurity measures deployed in businesses related to petroleum mining, construction, engineering, automobile and supply chain divisions; and increasing Andromeda’s capacity in addressing challenges faced in the new technologies and the critical infrastructure (including artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, energy production and distribution)
Tejas started his career at Emerald Technology Ventures, Toronto analyzing technologies and companies focusing in smart grids, clean energy, advanced materials and water technologies. One of the Emerald’s portfolio companies – RuggedCom was acquired by Siemens for $382 million.
Additionally, Tejas sits on the Board of Directors for American Chamber of Commerce – Canada West; and Foresight Cleantech Accelerator.
Tejas holds a Master of Business Administration from Vancouver Island University, Canada; Master’s degree in International Business and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.
Ravi Rayavaram
Strategic Advisor – Foods and Consumer Goods
Ravi Rayavaram is recognised by the Government of India as one of the top experts in the Food and Consumer Goods sector and in the overall small business sector in India. He is currently the CEO of Surya Nepal ITC Limited (a subsidiary of ITC Limited). Prior to his current role, he has served as the CEO of ITC’s FMCG division, aiding the conglomerate’s Foods and Consumer goods division to grow from $200 million to $2.2 billion in 11 years. He has held various positions in Fortune 100 companies in sales and business development capacities (including 3M Corp; and Grindwell Norton).

Manas Kashyap
Strategic Advisor – Healthcare
Manas Kashyap is an accomplished Healthcare IT specialist, focusing on delivering healthcare and financial technology projects. He has worked in senior management capacity for some of the largest healthcare and financial organizations in the world including CBI Health Group, Thomson Reuters, Molina Healthcare and Pharmerica.
Manas is highly effective in partnering with stakeholders and project teams while providing pragmatic value to customers and delivering the projects in time.
In addition to Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management from Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago, USA), Manas has also completed Information Technology Infrastructure (ITIL v3) Foundation, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA); and Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials

India has been witnessing a huge surge in cyber-attacks as the country has faced 18 million cyberattacks in Q1 2022 alone….. that is 2,00,000 threats a day in the first quarter of 2022. 30 percent of all bill payment transactions in India is digital, and is the highest in the world. Concerned over the cyber security of India’s strategic power sector, the Government of India, through the Electricity Amendment Bill, 2022, made a provision that allowed inspection of the national electricity grid to ensure cyber hygiene. The more digital we become, the more vulnerable we are. If there is a cyber-attack, the entire network can go down, and millions will be without electricity. As the cyber security related incidents are on the rise in the telecom sector, Australia plans to toughen privacy rules to force companies to notify banks faster when they experience cyber attacks, Prime Minister Anthony A. said on September 26, after hackers targeted the country’s second-largest telecoms firm, Optus.
